We want everyone to be able to use our website and to request a quote, review it, and book a transport. We aim to make the site work well with assistive technology and to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, as far as we reasonably can. We are a small business and we are still improving, so some pages may fall short of that goal.
What we do
- We write the site in standard HTML, with page language set, descriptive page titles and a consistent layout.
- We provide descriptive text for photographs.
- We label form fields, mark required fields, and show errors in text.
- The site is designed to work on phones, tablets and computers, and with the keyboard.
If you have trouble
If any part of the site is hard for you to use, or if you would like information, a quote or help booking in another way, please tell us. You can call or text us, or email, and we will help you directly or give you the information in another form.

When you contact us, please tell us the page you were on and what got in your way, so we can fix it.
Third-party tools
Some parts of the booking process are run by other companies, such as electronic signing and payment pages. Those companies are responsible for the accessibility of their own pages. If you cannot use one of them, contact us and we will help you complete the step another way.
