Soft Buildup

Grease, paper residue, hair, and debris that clings to tank walls, valves, and sensors. Routine dumping moves the bulk but leaves behind a layer that accumulates with every use.

Struvite is a mineral compound that forms naturally inside holding tanks and hardens directly onto tank walls, valve housings, and piping. Unlike soft waste, it cannot be dissolved by standard treatments or flushed out by built-in rinsers. The result: unreliable sensor readings, persistent odors, reduced flow, and in serious cases, partial clogs. Hydro-jet cleaning is specifically designed to break up and flush out struvite — restoring your tanks to proper function from the inside out.

Sensor & Odor Issues

Buildup coating tank sensors causes false readings — your monitor shows full when the tank is empty, or vice versa. Trapped debris also contributes to persistent odors that ventilation and deodorizers can't solve at the source.

What You Need

Service Requirements

Hydro-jet tank cleaning is performed on-site at your RV's current location. To complete the service, your RV must be connected to full hookups at an RV park, resort, or campground:

  • Shore power (electrical hookup)
  • Fresh water connection
  • Sewer hookup at the site
